1. The service and its operator

The bracketed registration field still needs to be completed where applicable.

4builders helps builders meet in small circles, share progress and exchange feedback. It is an independent service, not operated or endorsed by Telegram or the providers you connect.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to purchase access. Use accurate information, only connect accounts and projects you are authorized to manage, and keep your Telegram account secure. If acting for a business, you must have authority to do so.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us of suspected compromise. These draft terms do not claim that you have already accepted a new agreement.

3. Circles and matching

Matching considers the information you provide, including languages, stage, skills, timezone and availability, and is reviewed by administrators. You may wait for a suitable match. We do not guarantee a matching date, particular teammates, member participation, business results or revenue.

Friends can join through the available invitation flow; each person needs their own account and any required joining authorization. Circle size may change when members leave. Replacement members require administrator approval and depend on availability.

4. Price and payment authorization

The website shows the joining price and any applicable taxes or charges before authorization. The current offer is a one-time fee: the first 20 paid spots at $19, the next 50 at $49, then $99 for the following 100 and subsequent spots. Prices are in US dollars. Free tester access does not consume a paid spot. Future changes do not increase a price already authorized.

Saving a payment method through Stripe costs $0 and locks the quoted price when setup is successfully completed. You separately authorize a one-time charge to that method when an administrator approves your group match. There is no recurring subscription and no charge merely for waiting for a match.

Payment may require bank authentication or another action. Follow the deadline shown in your payment notice. A provisional match can expire if payment is not completed; it is not held indefinitely. If that reservation expires, successful joining payments for it are refunded. If you remain opted in and a new match is approved, the saved method may be charged the same authorized amount again, as explained in your payment authorization. An unsuccessful or refunded payment is not a second paid membership.

You can cancel your waiting reservation before match approval through the available Circle controls. Contact support if payment or cancellation needs review. Refund processing times depend on Stripe and your bank. Valid tester codes waive the fee subject to their usage and expiry limits.

Website payments use Stripe. Purchasing digital membership inside the Telegram Mini App is currently disabled. Access to the Mini App does not authorize a charge.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Your mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these terms and over any community decision. Where EU or other applicable law provides a withdrawal period for an online service contract, you may exercise it within that period; for many EU distance-service contracts this is 14 days from conclusion of the contract.

Requesting an early start to a service does not automatically waive withdrawal rights. Any required express request, acknowledgement or lawful deduction for service already provided must be handled separately. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to the support email or business address in section 1 identifying yourself, your account and the relevant purchase. You may use: “I notify you that I withdraw from my contract for 4builders, ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Account: [identifier]. Date: [date].”

We will assess other cancellation or service-failure requests under the applicable law and the offer you accepted. Leaving a circle and cancelling a payment authorization are separate actions; ask support if your payment status is unclear.

[Operator review required: confirm the contracting point, applicable consumer disclosures, withdrawal process, service-start consent and legally required refund procedure.]

6. Community conduct and content

Be constructive. Roasts are feedback on products, not permission to harass people. Do not post unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, invasive or infringing content; disclose someone’s private information; spam members; manipulate activity or rankings; abuse voting; impersonate others; or attempt to bypass access or security controls.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give 4builders a non-exclusive permission to host, process and display that content as needed to operate the features you use and share it with their intended audience. You must have the rights needed to submit it. This permission does not give us ownership of your projects.

Do not post confidential business information you cannot share with the audience. Other members can copy content. Members are responsible for their own advice, products and dealings; 4builders does not endorse them.

7. Group decisions and moderation

The bot manages approved group names and may restore a name changed outside the naming process. Members can request a name vote and participate in the available polls.

Members may request another member’s removal and give a reason. The current removal threshold is three votes in a four-person circle or two votes in a three-person circle. The bot may carry out that decision automatically, inform the affected member and offer available next steps. Administrators can review reports and outcomes. Do not promise anonymity: removal reasons are communicated to the affected member.

You can use the departure flow to leave after its confirmations. Leaving is definitive for that circle. Rematching and replacements depend on availability and review; we avoid matching people who have previously been in a circle together.

We may restrict content or access to respond to abuse, fraud, security risks or legal obligations. When appropriate, we will explain the decision and allow you to request review using the support contact. Urgent protective action may come first. These actions do not override statutory payment or consumer rights.

8. Telegram and connected services

Telegram and connected providers have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. You grant the permissions needed for optional integrations and can revoke them. Features may be delayed or unavailable when a provider changes its API or access rules.

Stats are based on available provider data and may be delayed, incomplete or estimated. Sharing follows the relevant app controls; connected X follower stats are shared with the circle by default. Read the Privacy Policy before connecting accounts.

The bot sends operational notices and shared circle updates. If you block it, you may miss match, payment or moderation messages. Ordinary group chat is handled by Telegram; our activity counter is not a backup of your chat history.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or provider issues. We will communicate material changes affecting a paid service and provide remedies where the law requires them. A one-time joining fee is not a promise of permanent operation or guaranteed lifetime access.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for another member’s independent conduct or for speculative business outcomes. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Statutory warranties, data-protection rights and consumer remedies remain intact.

10. Questions and disputes

Please contact the operator first so we can try to resolve a complaint. These terms do not require arbitration or remove your right to use a court or regulator available to you under applicable law.

[Operator country and applicable law to confirm. Add the competent consumer mediation provider and contact details if required.]

Any final choice of law or court must preserve the mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights of consumers in their country of residence.

11. Updates to these terms

The revision date identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect where required, and fresh agreement will be requested when legally necessary. New prices do not change an already authorized joining amount without your agreement.

This draft must be completed with any applicable registration details and reviewed against the actual checkout, acceptance and support processes before it becomes the final agreement.
